Unique design inspired by The Chimaera Shark
The unconventional architecture of the building makes a direct reference to the project’s name – Ocean Office – using inspiration from the ocean. The building’s body was inspired by the Chimera shark, an extremely rare and mysterious species, also known as the ghost shark.
The project’s façade is made using ‘double skin’ technology, which increases thermal and acoustic comfort inside the building and further enhances the visual appeal of the building. Overlapping layers of glass with wavy cut lines give the effect of lightness and association with the soft curves of ocean waves. The course of the folds above the main entrance is emphasised by specially designed lighting.
